He has a continuous improvement mindset and always seeks to grow and learn new disciplines. Various positions and experiences have shaped his understanding of what it takes to create a successful work environment. His experience and willingness can help fulfill many roles within an organization.

Brandon is a hands on-detail oriented person with relevant experience in project management, operations leadership, electrical controls design and installation, maintenance, engineering, integration projects, cultural development, and people management. Outside of the office he also loves spending time with his family, church, and being active in sports and the community.

Andrew is an experienced engineer and project manager with over 13 years of experience. Andrew's experience spans multiple integration platforms including SIEMENS, Rockwell, iFIX and DeltaV. He has worked in multiple process industries from pulp and paper, life sciences, specialty chemical and discrete manufacturing. With a deep drive to create extraordinary experiences for customers, he has delivered everything from small projects to successful multimillion dollar projects to satisfied customers. Andrew also has a passion for excellence in corporate stewardship and leadership with experience building teams and leading leaders. During downtime Andrew can be found outside with his family hiking, riding bikes or flying RC planes.
